1. Purpose:

Molybdenum boat is mainly used in coating technology, electronics industry, electric power engineering, such as vacuum heat evaporation (stamping evaporator), capacitor sintering, nuclear fuel sintering, thermocouple shell and so on. In fact, it is a kind of high-temperature vessel, which can be used in vacuum furnace and glass furnace. Compared with molybdenum crucible, it has simple structure and low cost. Molybdenum boat is often used in high temperature heat treatment industry, such as vacuum furnace, ammonia gas furnace, industrial furnace and other high temperature furnace as a container.

2. Classification:

1) flat grooved molybdenum boat: suitable for high wetting materials;

2) v-groove molybdenum boat: suitable for materials with less wettability;

3) elliptic grooved molybdenum boat: suitable for materials in molten state;

4) spherical grooved molybdenum boat: suitable for gold, silver and other expensive materials;

5) narrow groove molybdenum boat: this design can prevent the evaporation material from touching the filament holder;

6) steam aluminum boat: coat the surface of the boat with a layer of alumina to help the boat resist the corrosive melting material.
