When the wire cutting machine is machined,users sometimes find that the molybdenum wire for cutting machine wound around the package is tight on one side and loose on the other.The above phenomenon generally occurs due to the following reasons:
1、The upper and lower rows of wire frames are not flexible or rotate.the molybdenum wire generates friction when changing direction,causing the wire is continuously stretched, replacing the wire, the elastic phenomenon of the molybdenum wire can be eliminated.
2. After the long-term operation of the upper and lower conductive blocks, there is a deep groove. The molybdenum wire card generates friction in the groove. When the commutation is performed, the friction force is large, and the molybdenum wire will undergo tensile deformation. Replace the conductive block or move the conductive block left and right to eliminate the elastic phenomenon of the molybdenum wire.
3. The wrap angle of the upper conductive block or the lower conductive block and the molybdenum wire is too large, so that the molybdenum wire generates a greater frictional force when moving, so that the molybdenum wire is stretched and deformed, and the conductive block can be adjusted lower.
4. The clearance between the carriage guide rails of the transporter drum and the movement of the feed tube are generated. The loosening screws of the outer guide rails are loosened slightly, the feed screw nut is disengaged from the nut seats, and the side square head support screws are adjusted, after the clearance is eliminated. Tighten the screw of the outer rail and fix the screw nut and the nut seat.
5. The spinning screw bearing rotation is inflexible, and the screw oscillates at the time of commutation to relax the one side of the molybdenum wire, tightening the other side, and replacing the bearing.
