Preoperative Molybdenum Target X-ray Findings And Examination Results Of 104 Patients With Breast Lesions

Preoperative mammography was used to diagnose benign breast lesions in 33 cases (84.6%, 33/39) and malignant breast lesions in 54 cases (83.1%, 54/65).


Preoperative molybdenum target X-ray showed that all malignant breast lesions presented irregular border and high density nodules. The density was uneven and the structure was disordered. 73.8% (48/65) of the lesions showed signs of focal density.70.8% (46/65) of the lesions had rounded edges and presented burrs, 69.2% (45/65) presented burrs, and clusters of irregular fine sand, granule and mixed calcification were found in the lesions.

The lesions of 43.1% (28/65) were localized mammary gland skin thickening or depression, and the nipple was indented or presented funnel sign.There were no malignant signs such as irregular boundary, uneven density, burr sign and calcification in 33 cases of benign breast lesions. Compared with the pathological results, the total coincidence rate of mammography diagnosis before breast lesions was 83.7% (87/104).
