   edm molybdenum wire installation:

  1. before the machine starts, the left and right bumpers should be adjusted to the maximum position of the stroke.

  2. screw the molybdenum wire on the upper wire wheel, one end of wire is fixed on the screw of the silk tube.

  3. tighten the molybdenum wire and rotate the silk tube counterclockwise, so that the wire will be wound in the 4~5 circle. Then turn on the wire switch to rotate the silk tube, and the molybdenum wire is uniformly wound on the silk tube.

   4. filament winding is finished, the other end of the molybdenum wire is wound from the lower wire wheel - the conductive block - the upper guide wheel - the jewel block - the conductive block - the wire - broken protection and the winding tube.

   5. after installation, rotate the silk tube manually with clockwise rotation, so that the molybdenum wire can be wound around 4~5 circle.

   6. press the right collision block to the place where the sensor is close to the sensor, then press the wire tube to run the switch so that the cylinder is left to the left, closing to the end of the wire tube, close the wire tube to run the switch, which is the stop rotation, then the left limit collision block is pressed close to the sensor.

  7. take out the tight wire wheel from the toolbox, pull the molybdenum wire on the silk cylinder, turn on the running switch, and move the wire slide to the right. When approaching the end of the silk tube, close the wire switch and relocate the molybdenum wire.
