 General

    The tungsten ore contains a low amount of tungsten, and it is necessary to integrate the concentrate into the ore as a material for smelting.According to the ore type tungsten ore dressing, it is divided into two types: black tungsten ore dressing and scheelite ore dressing.At present, China's excavation is dominated by quartz vein type black tungsten ore, accounting for more than 90% of the ore produced.



 Mineral processing method

    The primary ore dressing methods for tungsten ore are hand selection, heavy medium selection, re-election, flotation, magnetic separation and electrification. The black tungsten ore is mainly re-elected, and the scheelite is mainly flotation. China's black tungsten ore is mostly easy to choose ore type, and the composition of scheelite ore is disorderly, most of which are difficult to ore, and the grade is low, so it has not been developed. In addition, there are also tungsten ore oxides such as Tungsten Hua, which have not been recovered.

    For more than 40 years, the ore dressing of tungsten mines in China has continuously summed up experience in production practice and absorbed advanced technology of foreign mineral processing. Through continuous improvement, the process of mineral processing has been improved day by day, and the economic goal of mineral processing technology has reached the world advanced level. For example, the tungsten ore beneficiation target of the representative Nanchang Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., although the original ore grade has decreased year by year in the past 10 years, the recovery rate of tungsten ore remains at a high level of over 84%, and the concentrate grade (WO3) is 66.7. %~68.9% (the national standard for reaching the first-level tungsten concentrate: WO3 content is not less than 65%), the original ore grade (WO3) is 0.25%-0.27%, and the tailings grade (WO3) is 0.036%-0.046%.
