Molybdenum crucible is mainly used in metallurgy industry, rare earth industry, monocrystalline silicon, solar energy, artificial crystal and mechanical processing industries of a kind of container, it is made of mo-1 molybdenum powder production, working in the environment of 1100~1700℃. 1) molybdenum powder is used as raw material;


2) forming through the cold equalizing press;


3) conduct sintering treatment;


4) after sintering, circulating water is used to cool the intermediate frequency sintering furnace for 9-10 hours;


5) remove the molybdenum rod and heat it in the grooms furnace;


6) take out the molybdenum rod, use an air hammer with a impact force of 1000 kg and forge it 30-40 times;


7) the groove, outer circle and end face are made by means of mechanical processing, so that the surface roughness of the molybdenum crucible can reach ra1.6-ra3.2m, and then the molybdenum crucible is made.


Molybdenum crucible made by this process has the advantages of reducing cost and low equipment requirements, and first made solid silty cylindrical billet, after the second high temperature crystallization, grain refinement, improve the strength of crucible and high temperature resistance.
