1; forging requirements
It is best to use forging press cold forging for forging billet, the forging temperature is not higher than 400 degrees. The cold forging has large contact surface and good material uniformity, which can reduce the pollution of gas impurities.
2: rolling requirements:
Usually cold rolling is used, the total processing rate is controlled at 80% - 90% of the slab thickness, and the pass processing rate is controlled at 6% - 8% of the slab thickness. In order to ensure the surface quality of rolling plate, it is required that the forged slab has no defects, pollution and smooth roll surface.
3: clear requirements:
Before annealing, tantalum must be pickled to remove the surface contamination layer. The pickling solution is made up of 65%-68% nitric acid, 95%-98% sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid with a volume ratio of 5:5:2. After pickling, it is washed with water.

1: formability
Tantalum has good plasticity and can be processed by cold forging, rolling, punching, drawing, spinning, extrusion and bending. Hot processing needs to be carried out under inert gas protection. After producing oxide film on the surface of its high performance strip, it can be continuously deep washed for six times and processed into a round cup body.
2: heat treatment process
Heat treatment was carried out under vacuum and 1200-1300 degree. The holding time is determined according to the loading amount and thickness of the material, and the foil can not be stacked during recrystallization annealing.
