Surface quality of nickel foil:
(1) The surface of the nickel foil should be smooth and clean, and there should be no wind layer, cracks, bubbles, pricking, folding and inclusion;
(2) Slight local defects such as scratches, spots, pits, pressings and roll marks that do not make the thickness of the strip exceed the allowable deviation are allowed; slight oxidation color, dimming and slight local oil stains are not used as the basis for scrap;
(3) Both sides of the strip should be cut neatly, without burr, split edge and curling edge.
(4) The strip should be straight, but slight waves are allowed; The side bending of the strip shall not be greater than 3 mm per meter.
